No internet and planning wedding make Max and Tara go crazy.
Feel free to join us at The Annex in Asbury Park after the wedding. We'll be getting there sometime around 10 pm or so.
Aside from that, everything is still as planned.
See you on Saturday.

some creative rsvp cards

Noa Venezia has no regard for the left to right writing style popular in America, which he combines with some drawings and a stamp.

The Danesi family responds with a memorable pen and ink.

After going "missing" together and freaking out a handful of students and teachers a like, Eliza Cutler fully understands Max's sense of humor.

Artie Philie comes in with this minimalist Andy Warhol - esque approach...or is he just saying that our wedding will be bananas?

2 months away....
sorry. no new pics or anything. we don't have internet at our place right now due to our greedy neighbor finally putting a password on their connection.

Sorry to anyone who didn't get a stamp...
on their RSVP card. It was a total accident / oversight on our part. We still love you just as much as the 99% of people who got a card with a stamp.

RSVP cards are arriving!

Wedding is less than 3 months away!
We are beginning to get back some RSVP cards, and it is all very exciting!
A couple people were asking about specifics with the food options on the RSVP card. Please don't think too hard about it and check off what you think you would be leaning towards. Doolan's has a policy that if you are having more than 2 dinner options to provide them with a rough estimate, and that is all this is. You will be able to order whichever entree you like at the wedding.
Thank you, and see you soon!

Addressing invitations / Tara's sashes.

Tara is making sashes for all the bridesmaids to help tie everyone's look together. Here are the home made ribbon parts of the sash that Crystal helped her sew.

Crystal thinks of another possibility for the ribbon.

Max has another idea.

After Alex finished printing everything, Tara and Crystal addressed all the invitations and wrote out the names on the rsvp cards.

Just went to another tasting at Doolans...
with our families and Crystal. Personally, I enjoyed the bacon wrapped scallops the most. Everything was really good with the exception of this weird mashed potato martini thing that Tara got, but we weren't planning to have that at the wedding anyway.

Making invitations w/Alex & Rich
Alex was nice enough to say he would both help design and silk screen our invitations and rsvp cards. Rad Rich Samis also came through with helping us both make the screens and also donating some white paint for the cause.

Tara scrubbing reclaimer chemical on a used screen so we can recoat it to make ours.

Rad Rich Samis checking the screen...success!

Alex lining up the design transfers on the light table to make sure everything fits

Alex washing out the emulsion from the screen.

A message to the students.

We had this set up assembly line style. Tara would hand Alex the paper. Alex would print the image. I would take the paper and put it on the racks to dry.
